Meet Our Summer Camp Volunteers!

This summer we have been lucky to have the support of these 4 lovely volunteers for help provide a Summer Camp with a variety of creative and engaging activities. Each week, they engage a specific age group in activities such as art, sports, movie making, STEM projects, and music. They spend their free time in the afternoon playing with the children and supporting in other Hogar activities. All communication is carried out in English, which gives our children a great opportunity to continue practicing their English during their time off school.

The children enjoy their time trying out new activities and projects, and it helps the padrinos during their busy summer as they have a few children at Summer Camp each day. This summer has been full of changes and surprises, so we are very thankful for this group’s adaptability and willingness to share their, time, energy, and love with our family. Thank you!
